The Role:
As a Business Development Manager at Nursetech Health, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities:

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Solid understanding of the healthcare industry and market dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Availability to travel as needed.
