The Sales Support Role
As a Sales Support team member at Nursetech Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and contributing to our continued growth. Your primary responsibility will be to provide valuable assistance to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with our sales professionals to provide administrative support, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
Customer engagement: Assist in managing customer relationships by responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs or concerns.
Sales coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
Sales documentation: Assist in managing sales documentation and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Market research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights and support sales strategies and decision-making.
Team collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
Continuous improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing sales support procedures and systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales support role or similar administrative position.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools, such as MS Office and Google Docs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing sales documentation and data.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
